Wellness in the Workplace

I run in-office team-building wellness days for corporate clients.

Combining yoga, meditation and breathwork the workshops are designed to:

  • Improve focus  

  • Create cohesive group dynamics 

  • Build resilience  

  • Empower staff to manage stress and fatigue

For your Workplace

I can create bespoke sessions from two-hour breath and yoga workshop with a specific focus in mind (Yoga for Creativity, say, or Yoga for Motherhood) to half-day or day-long retreats.
