The West Lexham Estate is set in 21 acres of Norfolk nature and is easily accessed from London, Cambridge, Norwich and the Midlands.

Tuesday - 7am Tea and protein ball
8am Morning meditation/pranayama (breath work)
8.30-9.30am Dynamic Yoga to Uplift and Energise
9.30am Breakfast
11am pond dipping, pool swimming, leisure time

2-5pm Free-time
4-6pm Gentle yoga to Unwind and De-stress

Accomodation:
All rooms are beautiful ensuite and towels are provided. There are seven with twin beds or doubles and one triple room.
Price:
The retreat is £550pp inclusive of all meals and yoga.
Food:
Nadya Mousawi will be cooking her delicious sharing feasts for us all. The food will be vegetarian with vegan options and gluten free options too. Please let us know if you have any allergies or other requirements so we can prepare for a comfortable stay.

I recommend leaving on the 13.42pm from London – arriving at Downham Market at 15.17 and returning on Wednesday at 12.56 arriving 14.32
