A New Year Reset at my favourite Cornish retreat

A New Year Reset Retreat:

FULL Waitlist only

I’ve been bringing groups to this exquisite house for over a decade. There is so much space to relax in front of an open fire with a book, take a gentle stroll in the grounds or lounge on your mat in the huge and warm yoga space.

Our days are planned around yoga, meditation and nourishing meals. Between these sessions you’re free to spend the time bathing, walking by the sea, having a massage or bracing yourself for a cold water dip.

January is my favourite time to retreat to Cornwall, it’s quiet, spacious and wild. The retreat is a three-night reset and renew experience. No one ever wants to leave once they’re here so I’ve planned these days for you to take some self-care time that I hope will boost you for week (or even months) to come.

The retreat is very much open to all and you can do as much or as little as you like. If you’ve not done yoga in an age you will be absolutely fine and if you have any injuries or particular needs just let me know so I can support you.

All the food will be vegetarian and cooked by my talented friend, Nadya Mousawi. Please let me know any dietary requirements upon booking so I can let the chef know ahead of meal planning.
